This policy explains what information Pure Dispensary collects through puredispensarymt.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only. Our stores in Bozeman and Billings are operated by Pure Dispensary, a locally owned business in Montana.
Information we collect
- Age verification. When you confirm you are 21 or older, we store a small cookie and a matching browser storage entry so you aren’t asked again. Both expire after one hour and contain no personal details.
- Information you give us. If you call a store or contact us, we receive whatever you choose to share, such as your name, phone number and the reason for your call.
- Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic request information such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and to keep the site running.
Online ordering
Our online menus and orders are provided by Dutchie, a third-party ordering platform. When you browse the menu or place an order for pickup, the information you enter (such as your name, phone number and order details) is collected by Dutchie and shared with us so we can prepare your order. Dutchie’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.
Third-party services
Some pages include embedded Google Maps and link to our Instagram and Facebook pages. These services may set their own cookies or collect data when you interact with them, under their own privacy policies.
How we use information

Sharing
